Neat Wiki for teachers (Bloom's Taxonomy with Excellent Rubrics for Digital Assessments)

Might want to explore this wiki! Interesting resources: http://edorigami.wikispaces.com/

I liked this site and will explore it farther this weekend.  I like that rubrics have been developed to look at online kinds of projects.  This is a good place to start for some of these materials.

What a great site! Lots of ideas for integration, and helpful templates for rubrics. Two criticisms however:

  • IMO, the rubrics should begin with "4" instead of "1" to first describe to students what high quality products look like, before describing the minimal expectations.
  • I realize that I'm a little OCD, but some of the rubrics could use a bit of wordsmithing (e.g. "entry are short" and "the page show"); I think it is important for us to model the high level of communication skills that we expect from our students.
